Can feed upto four people BEGUN POSTO - a classic dish from rural Bangladesh. Sliced and fried aubergine in a thick yogurt and mustard gravy. YOU WILL GET 1 × Aubergine 1 × Posto cooking sauce Dry herbs Dry roasted spices Fresh herbs Rice Mustard oil Mustard seeds Roasted spice blend Ginger garlic paste Salt YOU WILL NEED Saucepan to cook rice Saucepan to cook aubergine Kitchen paper Plates x2 to enjoy it on. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Rice - wash, add 2 cups of water, and let it cook uncovered on highheat. Once start to boil, lower the heat. Once all the water has evaporated, cover and cook on low heat for about 10mins or until the grains are soft. Meanwhile, slice the aubergine (round) half inch thick. Rub with the salt (1) In the saucepan where you will cook the aubergine, put half the oil (2) and fry the sliced aubergine until soft. Remove and place on a plate and use kitchen towel to remove excess oil. In the same oil, put the mustard seeds (3) Add ginger garlic paste (4) Now add all content of the Posto cooking sauce (5) Add little water to avoid sticking to pan. Add fried aubergine and give it a stir (careful to not break the vegetables). Garnish with chopped coriander and enjoy! ALL PACKAGINGS ARE RECYCLABLE!
