Everydoby's favourites are these curries vegetables wrapped with thin layer of pastry sheets which turns golden and crispy when cooked.
Turn your fryer on and set to medium - wait until oil is hot and place the samosa in the fryer one at a time taking care not to splash hot oil. Cook turning it few times until both sides are golden brown and pastry has turned crispy.
Place on a baking tray with a splash of oil and bake at 180*c for about 10mins or unti the samosas has become golden brown in colour.
